This is a design I did for my boyfriend, it's for his new mobile phone: HTC tattoo, a design that will be on the back of the shell. This is the designshop if anyone is interested: [link]
It was fun to experiment with colors, I'm really pleased with the fire. Made in photoshop from scratch. Comments

And the lighting is well done. I'm not sure if the elbows are missing the outside angle - that's an artistic choice, but I think the dragon's left elbow (right of center in the image) is too shadowed on the outer edge. You've got one tiny highlight from the spike of flame, but I think there would be more light further back. I am no good with lighting, though, so I could be wrong.
On the lighting note... I love the fire here. You've got hotter areas, cooler areas, and a bubble effect in the middle that speaks to me of boiling, which is perfect. I love it. Wonderful!
The title is alright, it certainly speaks to the color choices, which are probably the immediately striking part of this piece. But I'm not sure if there's much "Ice" to match your fire. Some artists feel the title is more important than others, so this may not be high on your list.
I'm not sure about the dragon's posture. I like the upraised claws, but the wings confuse me. One is lowered, and the other fades out of the picture. I'm assuming that's what the wing-like piece is in the upper edge. If he's on the offensive, breathing fire and still has claws extended, wouldn't his wings be raised/extended also? Showing strength or trying to scare his opponent, however you want to look at it? I also believe he's missing a horn, I can only see the one. I know you want to fit most of the dragon into the phone case size, but this looks odd to me. If you want to keep this offset pose to get more of him into the limited space, I'd suggest moving his left arm (right of center) to better imply tilted shoulders (matching the tilted wings). In my opinion, that would be slightly further up, and then the claw would not be so parallel with the elbow, but further towards his chest.
One last quick note: There's a black line on the full view about 1/6 of the way up from the bottom... It's pretty clearly not part of the piece. You might want to re-upload.
However, I think it could use some modifications in the pose. The dragon's legs are a little too close to its head, and the head itself should be tilted a little more towards the audience, so you can see the top - it would fit a little better with the neck in that position.
The lighting, as well, can be worked on - though it does an excellent job of producing the effect of bright light, I think it should blend a little more than you have here. Also, the light is missing from the outsides of the arms, even though the flame has a "line of vision" to those points.
The fire -though this could just be my impression- should have more flare away from the source, especially on the left side. Again, I don't work with fire all that much, so this is probably not as strong as the above two.
Otherwise, the detail is incredible, especially for the coat of a cell phone (which I think is awesome), and it totally leapt out at me as being an excellent piece of artwork on a dragon. Definitely a good piece!
