Omg! I actually made something! Long time now but anyways here's a dragon in a more, childrens-book or fairy-tale kinda way.

(looks like it's a bit tilted, guess it wasn't laying corretly in the scanner)

great work,

but might i point out a few things, I not sure if you considered this or not, but perhaps you should include the occupants of the castle, and feature them. it would make a more humorus scene

Does thinking of lolcats about this make me a bad person?

They are a guilty pleasure.

I'm not subscribing *cries silently* so I'll type the critique here. :)

First of all something that has a lot to do with the drawing, but is hardly ever mentioned, it is: the title. Your title is NEAT. When you'd named it something like 'Dragon on castle' I would've looked at it and thought "Oh that's beautiful" before moving on to the next deviation. Now I've been staring at it for at least 10 minutes already and haven't stopped giggling to myself.

I love the smile on the dragon's face. He looks so satisfied and playful that you can't help but smile back at him. His expression is almost teasing, daring you to take it back. I can imagen that the owner of the castle is standing there with a hopeless expression. Poor fellow ^^.

Technique: 10 out of 10. I love the way you've drawn the dragon's scales. They look very elegant and smooth :). And well done on the shading! It turned out very realistic :aww:.

Beautiful work! :D

But everyone likes “childrens-book or fairy-tale kinda way” drawings :P.
Great. You can expect many favs :).

Titled… You said titled and now it’s titled… If you didn’t say it I guess no one would notice it ^^. But couldn’t You straighten it in some program? :)
